FEDARA provides a financial integration platform that includes:

  • Migration engine for banking systems
  • API Gateway with intelligent routing
  • AI agents for automation
  • Compliance and security tools
  • Professional implementation services

3. License of Use

Subject to compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, FEDARA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our services during the subscription period.

4. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials
  • Not use the service for illegal activities
  • Not attempt to access systems or data without authorization
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the FEDARA platform, including software, designs, trademarks, and documentation, are the exclusive property of FEDARA or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to such intellectual property.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or confidential information exchanged during the business relationship. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of service.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Specific service levels, including availability and response times, are established in the license agreement corresponding to your subscription plan.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FEDARA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FEDARA from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service in accordance with the terms of the license agreement. FEDARA may suspend or terminate access immediately in case of violation of these terms.

11. Modifications

FEDARA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Panama City.
